One of the bulbs in my two-bulb fixture burned out. I ordered two two-packs of these bulbs. The first of four didn't work at all when I installed it. The second one worked for about two days. I now have the third of the four bulbs installed and it's started flickering. Made in China!

These are OK bulbs, but there's no way you'll get 12,000 of service from these. I've been using these bulbs for the past four years and each bulb has lasted about a year. I use them in an under cabinet kitchen light that's only on eight hours a day on average. That's about 3,000 hours of useful life, not 12,000.
