I bought this to replace a plastic one that fell apart. It's metal and heavy duty. The locks are a little cheap but still hold up well. The opening is not for very large size packages but so far everything we ordered they can fit it through. I am impressed. Easy to assemble. Its worth the money. Stands up well against monsoons.

I am pleased with my new mailbox. The quick delivery and install guide. There some additions I would suggest is decals to point out where the mail drop slot is. Decal to show where packages should go and a separate place for mail. But most important would be a let me know the mail person has been there.

Well made coated metal box. Goes together easily.The self tapping screws strip easily and I needed to replace some with 6-32 bolts/locknuts.This is useful to keep packages out of the weather, and less visible to passing cars.Unfortunately as others have pointed out it is trivial to reach down into the top and remove a padded envelope - so not anti-theft.The cable provided to secure the box to a fence/post could be cut open with a nail clipper. The padlock on the cable is also junk.So, if you need a box to avoid parcels scattered across your porch and out of the weather this is a nice product. If you need security in a more visible location I'd pass.

They need a new product design person. The screws on the lid loosen every time the lid is opened. Someone could easily remove them, and remove the entire lid in seconds. Why didn't you use internal pins for the lid like you did in the door?!?! The back/cable brackets have the same issue. Someone could easily remove them. I wish there were hole to put anchor bolts into cement. I've wasted my money. Not secure at all!

I bought this recently and it was easy to put together. Only issue is when empty it's light weight. We haven't yet had any strong winds when we do get some I'll be surprised if it's empty and doesn't fall

Works great!Note though. The bottom of the door is located at the bottom at the base. If you are placing on anything other than a flat surface, Opening the door to retrieve your packages might be an issue?

This package delivery box is not anti-theft in any way with it's poor design. The top does not block packages from being stolen when the lid is partially closed. Do not buy.

A 10 year old could pull the door past lock. The drop in lid is an awesome preview portal and very easy package access.With the drop in lid open the top hinge pin could just be removed by hand and access granted.Door is terribly flimsy.
