In search of a particular piece to hold hairs. I chose the gunmetal black, looks very nice,so far good quality. The magnets are a great mechanism so the contents don't spill out withlatches. Perfect size, I bought 2!

So far the pendant has met my expectations with one exception...the hinge. It *will* open to a 90° angle, but often only gets to 45°. No big deal, right? Well...it became a big deal when I already had several small items in it. Then, while still adding items, it decided to pop the whole way open which shot several of the pieces onto my lap. Luckily, I retrieved all of them, but now I know to be extra careful when opening or filling the pendant. It would be better if it either didn’t open past 45°, or would freely open to 90°. Other than that it has been great! The magnetic closure is secure, & it looks just like the picture. I bought it to display some very tiny shark teeth I’d recently dug up & it's serving that purpose well. I wore it for several hours the other day while running errands & didn’t have any problems. I should say I did not use the chain. Other reviews said it was weak, so I just bought something else up front. It looks very dainty, but I can’t speak to whether it holds up or not. I definitely recommend this pendant!

The locket was easy to open and it did help a lot with the size of the photo used. It was also kept in a box the entire time so I knew that everything was gonna be protected. For the price of the locket, I definitely feel like it was completely worth it. Especially since it’s not always the price that you pay to get what you need, but it’s what you put in it that can mean a lot to the person receiving the gift.I got this locket as a gift for my brother for his wedding. Our grandfather did pass away five years ago and has not been able to see his grandchildren get married. My brother was the first of his six grandchildren to have a wedding. I wanted to do something special so that way my grandpa could be included in the festivities. so I purchased this locket and put a photo of my brother and our grandpa in there. When we were doing the immediate family photos, I was able to do a mini speech for our whole family about our grandpa and how I knew that he would’ve loved to be at the wedding physically, but since he’s no longer with us, I had to do something for him to give my brother the ability to feel my grandpa’s presence with him as he said his “I doâ€. so I gave my brother the box with the locket in it, and when he opened it and saw what it was inside, he started to cry. And then we all cried.

When I opened the package the hinge was laying separately in the bag. Very disappointing as I lost a very sentimental charm.Such poor quality I don’t want to return it in case they just fix it and send it to another buyer

My cat who I really cared for, closely bonded, died from cancer. I put a sample of his fur, whiskers and claw shedding in there. It's a mini memorial from the best cat I ever had. Great for pet owners to remember a furry friend.

Our dog passed away. My daughter wanted something to commemorate him. We had some fur shavings from him so this was perfect for that. She wears everyday. Stylish too
