Product Description

Remove Dried Paint

Step 1: Remove Dried Paint Along The Rim

If the dried paint isn't removed, the lid will not seal properly. This can lead to a mess!

Push Down To Seal

Step 2: Push Down Around The Inner Circle

The "Inner" circle is where the lid grips onto the quart can and locks in place. If this is the first time using the product this may take a little more pressure to lock the lid in place.

Pour Away

Step 3: Pour and Store Your Paint

Once the first two steps are done the lid is ready to use for pouring paint and storing paint for the long term.

All In One

All In One, Works for Plastic and Metal Quart Cans

The Quart Lid is easy to use and works as a Pourer and Storer for paint. The pour spout makes painting easier with little to no spillage. Folding down the pour spout creates an air tight seal that will keep paint fresh for years!

Because they didn’t fit my quart size can, I need to return them. I need something for quart cans.

I bought these thinking they would keep my paint fresh for a while [months]. I can't tell how long as I just received them. It appears that the pop cap on the pouring spout is not very tight. I am not too sure if I want to leave the new caps on the cans or replace the original lid. The original lid would definitely keep the paint fresh for a fairly long time. I may try one of my older cans of paint with the new lids and see if they will last.

I have one of these from a different brand for a gallon-sized can, and it makes such a difference in keeping things clean. These fit snuggly on all of the quart sized containers we have on hand with a little force. I got the 5-pack for using on small projects with multiple cans open at the same time. They work well at allowing me to pour the paint without making a giant mess. I don't think they're great at long term storage though, not air-tight enough for that. (Only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5)

I run a stone restoration company and we go through gallons of expensive sealer. One way to cut back on costs is by storing smaller portions of the sealer in small paint cans. These covers are easy to use, a great deal, and fit perfectly. They’re a great solution for our sealer products.

I can't say whether these will fit other brands of paint, but I exclusively use quart cans of General Finishes paints, stains, and poly. I'd thought these pour and store can lids would be a great solution, but they are the wrong size.I'd assumed that quart cans of paint were pretty standard in size. Maybe they're not. I can't say. For my purposes, they're useless.

I make large outdoor signs, so I use a lot of different colors, and I buy sample and quart size latex paints. I specifically got these lids so I could store my paints. However these are in no way, shape or form, an airtight lid. The spout cover does not seal and the air hole cover is basically just a flap. Once you have them on the can, they do seal okay, but I'm even skeptical of that and I hold it on while I'm pouring because I don't want a mess. I probably won't even use these for pouring in the future because I don't want to mess with them. The only good thing I can say about them is that the paint does rinse off of them very easily.

These quart spouts are great for keeping paint off the rims of the paint cans, making clean ups a breeze. Perfect for epoxy paints
