I was skeptical at first but these things are great. Slight movement if you tap on the speaker but I don't have them cranked crazy tight. They're built solidly and I have no fear of them falling on their own. They're holding up a pair of HS8 monitor speakers that come in at 22 lbs each without issue. The 12 degree decline works great for the position my chair is at and my height. It was easy to set them up and orient them. No complaints.

They are very good quality. I don't see them breaking any time soon. Great for small monitors. If you have the option, I'd go for stands that actually touch the floor...at the end of the day, it's just a clamp and a steel screw the only contact point to your desk. Even though they seem really sturdy, you never know.If this fits your budget, go for it...they are greatIt's worth mentioning that the stands do help you bring your monitors up to ear level...however, there's a minimum height of 13" that you will add to your desktop's height. This might be too high for you, forcing you to tilt the monitors down (which may go against the stand stability)

I was really happy with these monitor stands! I've been frustrated with my monitors taking up so much of my desk space and really liked the design of these stands. They worked like a charm and my monitors are now up and out of the way, freeing more space for other studio equipment.Very happy with the quality on these. They feel completely solid and I had no problems clamping them on to the edges of my desk. The top plate does tilt and the shaft itself can be extended to multiple height settings. Overall, these were exactly what I was looking for. Not bad for the price!

These are perfect to get your studio speakers off of your desk so that you can have anything else you need there. I always love being able to open up my workspace these clamp to the edges of your desk and will hold your speakers nicely. I love the tilt adjustment feature as well.
