Ordered this drag strap as a Christmas gift for my husband (and myself) we haven’t gotten the opportunity to use them just yet, but we are looking forward to giving them a try! From what I can tell thus far without having truly tested them on a deer drag yet, they seem to be made sturdy, the comfort grip handle is a great feature. Seems like it would make the drag much more comfortable to do. As far as easy of use, from what I can tell they are simply made & pretty straight forward on how to appropriately use them to do a successful, comfortable drag. Looking forward to putting them to the true test soon! Happy hunting everyone!

The main orange strap is 1" wide nylon strap that is about 64" long and slightly less than 1/16" thick with a black line of stitch along the middle of the strap. The handle part consisted of the same nylon strap and are end loop stitched and cross stitched to the plastic handle. The plastic handle is curved sturdy and round about 3/4" in diameter and a bit more than 5.5" long.The package come in a double bagged (the harness strap inside of a bag inside of another bag). It also included two twist lock carabiners.Testing by tying it to a small tree stump and pull. It does not seem to be stretching. We will see how it performs when we end up using it out in the field with real deer.

Works great for when I forget game cart and have to drag what I harvest out of the woods. Easy to use. I no longer have to call my husband for help when I get a large deer or hog

I picked this up just before firearms deer season opened, and I must say, I am glad I did. It is exactly as described, and it works well. I didn't have to worry about it breaking on me like some ropes have in the past, and the handle makes pulling a deer much more comfortable. It came in handy this year, as I got a 210 pound buck, and my 14 year old got a 196 pound doe, both of which we had to drag for quite a distance. It held up to those tests.So I looped my longer pull strap through the handle loop, and then used both carabiners on the other end, looped the whole thing around the deer's head, and used both carabiners to secure it. This spreads the weight and tension between them both, just in case they were weak enough to bend. I had no issues here. It does the job, and is as described in the description. I do recommend this product.

I'm not a deer hunter so I can't make any claims about how good this strap is for dragging deer carcasses through the woods, but I do know it is good for dragging heavy things. I'm doing the "Knees over Toes Guy" exercise program and it involves pulling exercise sleds. My "sled" is an old SUV tire filled with rocks. Now you can buy straps designed specifically for pulling exercise sleds, but they cost more than this strap and as far as I can tell wouldn't serve the purpose any better.As a bonus, this set included a nice handle that works really good as a handle for my kayak.After six months of my tire dragging journey, I have to believe dragging a deer through the forest must be a pretty tough thing to do, so much respect for all you deer hunters out there.

The carabiner hooks are a good quality metal with a locking enclosure, and the straps themselves feel heavy duty and durable. Unfortunately, this arrived a day AFTER having to help my husband load a deer into the back of the truck. I didn't expect him to get lucky on the opening day of the season! So, if you've never experienced how heavy is deer is, trust me when I tell you that this is something you need to get for every hunter in your life. I'm always on the lookout of good stocking stuffers for the guys in the family, and this would be a good one if you have any hunters on your list.
