We bought this log bin for our son and his wife after getting us one last year. We love our and knew they would love one too. The leather carry is great because you can take it out to where your logs are stored and fill it with a nice load of firewood. Bring it in the house and set it on the metal holder and your wood is neat and ready for use. It keeps the living room clean (no logs on the floor or hearth) and is pretty also.If you want a log bin I highly recommend this with it's leather carrying tote - first class set!

This is exactly what we needed for our space compromise hearth! It holds plenty of wood but is only about a foot in each dimension. Perfect for our small wood stove. The carrier really helps to keep the hearth area clean of debris. It is very stylish looking and is decently made. The instructions are a joke, but just be intuitive, and you'll figure it out (put the handle loops in the sleeve openings before running the dowels through). The sides have a slight curve to them -- looks nice!

Just received this & it seems the company listened to previous complaints concerning construction. It came with 8 bolts & 8 nuts to secure the sides to the base & seems sturdy. It holds & transports the wood well, but my only issue is the small size. The only reason I ordered this is because my current log tote is nowhere to be found after moving to our new house. It was much longer & held more wood which translates to less frequent trip out into the elements you're trying to escape from. the leather construction of the tote is nice. The smaller steel tubing is adequate for the amount of wood the tote will hold. Nice unit, but by this time next year I will have a larger tote custom made that will accommodate logs that fill up our wide fireplace.

I am writing this review because I would like to provide useful feedback to people who shop online. 1st-remember that pictures can be deceiving......2-anything that you purchase online that's measurable will almost always have specifications, measurements! Measure out what you want and measure out what's provided in the specs and then there won't be any gray areas. 3rd- you get what you pay for. If you Searched and purchased the cheapest product available, that's what you're going to get.The "leather" carrier looks like a brushed suede leather. Now is it really leather? I don't know and for advertising purposes the handles could be made of leather and companies can say the whole carrier is leather! I do know it looks and feels strong..... I don't expect the carrier to be "full grain leather"!!! I will admit that the price is a little high but I am pleased overall with the purchase and it looks great! Will it last for a long time? Probably not, I do know I just love shopping from my home and have learned to shop smart when looking online! I have provided a couple pics for you to "see" 😊

This 'log bin' is perfect. The size fits next to our fireplace without taking up too much space, it looks really great and is really practical. The fact that it includes a leather-like carrier is a tremendous plus that really adds practicality and convenience. It came disassembled but was a snap to put together. It holds a good deal of firewood (enough for at least two fires). Would recommend highly!

If you're looking for a small, compact log holder with a functional wood carrier, this is a good bet. Nothing fancy, and it doesn't hold a HUGE amount of wood. Probably enough for a solid 2-3 hour fire. Remember, it's designed to hold one carrier's worth of wood so if you are looking for something that will hold enough for a whole day's worth of fire, you don't want this.The carrier itself we received is NOT leather. It's a strong nylon-lined carrier with a faux suede exterior. Truth be told, I'd rather have this than a sub-par leather carrier. My parents have a canvas one that's lasted them for years, and I expect this will perform similarly. That said, the false statement of a leather carrier is why I removed a star.All in, I'm happy with this. The style works well with our decor, and it assembled easily. I expect that it should last us a good long time.

I have this outside by a pergola, it may struggle with the outdoors, we will see. But, it is a great size, the leather strap carries a bunch of wood and the rack holds it well.

I wanted something that was somewhat aesthetically pleasing to sit beside our woodstove in the living room. This holds just enough wood. If it were any bigger, I would not be able to carry it from the wood bin to the living room.I was not confident that the straps would hold all of that wood, but we’ve been using it every day for about six months now and it’s still going as strong as day one.

When the box arrived it was very small. However, this unit surprisingly fits alot of wood. Seems sturdy but the carrying bag is really cheap. Certainly not leather!! I do expect the carrying bag to last tge season.
