I purchase the 10 battery option and when I received the product 3 of the batteries were not working. I am not sure what was wrong with not working batteries and why they were not working. They looked identical to all others.I called the seller as it was a card included in the package and informed him about the issue with 3 batteries. He offered to compensate my account with the cost of 3 batteries. However, I asked him to send me replacement batteries instead as I have 5 Panasonic phones that had original batteries that I wanted to replace. He willingly agreed and in 3-4 days I have received the replacement package with 4 batteries.On one side it is not very encouraging that initially 30% of batteries were not working, however I value more the seller's willingness to resolve the issue.

Batteries arrived next day after order was placed. They were exact replacements, and worked after charging in the phones. (We have 5 for our landline.) Excellent purchase!

About this product to replace the battery in my multiset Panasonic wireless phone. Product came already charged so all devices were working right away. I would definitely recommend this product to other people.

Terrible service. Within 1 month they started to fail. Replaced 22 batteries in 11 Panasonic handsets and all have issues. Panasonic cordless phones I've had for years! I'd rather keep using these & replace the batteries. They last almost forever and it's cheaper than buying a new set of phones!

Estás baterías las compre como reemplazo de unas de laMisma marca en un set de teléfonos Panasonic, las cuales ya empezaban a perder carga rápidamente, quise usar la misma marca y que las originales me duraron como 3 años, cargándose las casi a diario. Estas nuevas baterías son de más miliamperes que las originales así que espero que los tiempos de recarga seanMás largos, todo bien por elMomento con las nuevas pilas

Son muy buenas baterías, estuve a punto de compra un nuevo set de teléfonos y es increíble que solo el echo de cambiar las pilas de la marca propia se solucionara mi dilema.

Son una porquería! Una estafa! No sirven! Nunca funcionaron! Desde el principio no retenían la carga, los teléfonos dan un mensaje que dicen “usar pilas recargables” y además no se cargan en ocasiones

Las estuve buscando por años, ya se las puse al teléfono y espero y me duren un buen tiempo
