I and my husband love eating fish but we alway worried about cooking smells in the apartment. This oven doesn't smoke and it cuts the smells. It's easy to clean too. Our favorite fishes are King Salmon and Saba. It's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside Perfect for yakitori too. Yakitori is Japanese style grilled skewered chicken I'm highly recommend this to cook fish at home.

the best quality of this product is "no smoke" so it can be used indoor. it was good for the first 4 month but then it starts smoking out .... i have followed instruction to do self-cleaning but still no improvement. I have seen a friend of mine using this almost daily for more than a year and still works well (no smoking out) ... that make me think i may have the defective unit. I gave it 3 stars for now and just wrote an email to seller ... will see how they can help me with this and will update the rating afterward. other functions work good and deserve 5 stars.-------------update----------------contacted seller and it took 4 weeks for them to provide solution ... ok, at least they respond back.the solution is that they want me to send back this product to Japan for repair but I am responsible for shipping, which cost more than buy a new one ... so they say I should buy a new one and they will give me a discount.no, lousy response. the product only good for 4 month and after that you are on your own. ... 1 star is my final rating.
