A popular foot with patchworkers for that essential 1/4 inch seam. The guide on the foot enables you to sew a perfect 1/4 inch seam every time. The guide can also be used wherever a 1/4 inch seam is called for but the markings on the needle plate cannot be used, such as when completing a flat seam.

I have the hardest time with top stitching and keeping it straight. The only time this didn't work was on a thicker fabric - it goes down a bit so doesn't ride high on thick fabrics. It worked on one linen and two cotton slabs together though. I recommend.

With a simple click the presser foot is easy to install to my sewing machine and away I go!With this foot I am able to keep that all important 1/4" seam allowance for piecing quilt tops.The quality of the pressure foot is great and makes it easy to maintain a 1/4" seam allowance while sewing.

Tried it on my Brother CS6000I machine as soon as it arrived. I tried it on 2 thin layers & 4 thick layers. Works perfectly & recommend purchasing if you need an edge-stitch foot.

This foot snapped right onto my Juki. The thing is, every machine is different. To get a true quarter inch or even a scant quarter inch, you need to move your needle. Use that feature until you get it right where you want it. Then it works like a dream.

I ordered this for my Pfaff - did not fit. I have a friend with a Brother machine - fits perfectly! No longer returning the item!

Very fast service. Quilting foot exactly as shown. Does NOT fit my Janome 12000 machine. Needle hits metal plate & breaks. I do not recommend.
