Well made, very quiet, long run time, cooling fan, does 7 -8 average sheets maybe more. Confetti is very tiny, smaller than expected. Hopper a bit small, but hold a lot due to tiny confetti. Wish it were a bit taller as I have to bend slightly to insert paper. A very small inconvenience. Durability unknown, but as of this writing would buy again. 12-16-24. The more I use this shredder the more I like it. Very quiet, quite fast, cooling feature works well. Wish it could use plastic bag, but it is easy to empty into a plastic bag. Has on off switch on back and a timed button on top to keep it awake for several minutes while you are in the process of shredding. Addendum: 1-8-25. All is 100% well. Would buy again and also give as a gift ðŸŽ. Add: 2-26-25 shreds more than expected. 100% satisfied.

My 10+y/o Staples Cross Cut shredder finally "bought the farm".The very short version of how good this machine is ...I wish I'd bought it a lot sooner.I've only had it It has wheels, a large, easily removable collection bin, a nice (unlisted) small bin that attaches inside to the big bin, for collecting of CDs, Credit Cards, items not easily nor reliably, destroyed in the old X-Cutter. We mistakenly left the small, removable bin in the main bin without any issues. It's a nice feature.I don't like to review received items bc there have been too many issues with sizing or QC, and Carrier delivery problems that inevitably require inconvenient and/or $$$ Return Shipping Fees (nope- Free Returns are no longer a reality since 2022).This machine is heavy for a 70 y/o F. 100 DAP, solo-senior to bring inside then attempt to lug up 3 flights of stairs. It's not a complaint, just a heads-up. Thankfully, I had to sign for it and my Logistics Driver was helpful getting it inside.It arrived fairly well packed inside Amz.s "Hide What's Inside" shipping option. The Manuf.s box inside the opened, not properly taped, Amz. box, was in tough shape from the outside, but well-packed by the manufacturer. Luckily, for me, a kindly, 29 yo, strongman neighbor, carried the unpacked machine up 2.5 floors and into the Office. So far,

Good sturdy quality product. Large bin collection, and fairly quiet, there is still some noise, but not as much as my old shredder. I like the separate plastic catcher for credit cards/CD's. First time seeing that on a product. However, the catcher is not glue down, so be careful when you empty the bin, that it doesn't fall out into your trash. I suggest taping it down for security. Makes really fine confetti paper.I recommend this product.

This product failed on multiple levels.1. 60 sheet auto feeder- to put it simply it does not work. I put approximately 30 sheets into the feeder. IT FED SEVEN SHEETS and then quit. I removed the unfed sheets and tried again with them. NO. I tried it with different sheets. NO. I tried it with new paper that was straight out of the box. NO. Switch to manual feed.2. Manual feed worked for about 40 sheets and then quit due to motor overheating. After about 20 minutes the red lights went out and it would again feed sheets. This time it overheated in about 15 sheets. Again, with the 20-minute wait for cool down. I seems to me it should have gone to at least the 60-sheet capacity of the dead auto feeder.3. This is a crosscut shredder. There is something about the shredded paper that is like it has been 'fluffed up' so it fills the bin much faster with less paper shredded.So, if you are considering this shredder, you probably should seek help. The only good feature is it was returned to Amazon, and I got my money back. I have been an Amazon customer for more years than I like to remember. This was so bad I will never consider buying a shredder from them again no matter who made it.Buyer beware!!!

This shredder does a very good job of shredding. It is also bigger than the one I had before, so I don't have to empty it so quickly. The crosscut feature helps me feel a little safer and it is quieter than my old one too.

Bought to replace a 20yr old home office shredder..what a difference. Perfect size, easy to clean, quiet enough to not interfere with others nearby. Looks nice and appears well built too, likely to last a very long time, hope so. Will update only if necessary.

This is a great shredder. It does what it says in the description perfect for home use.It’s not very noisy. It’s on wheels. You can move around and the size fits it’s under a counter. Very lightweight.
