Paper towels do not dispense well from this product. They tear and are difficult to pull out, unless you literally push the whole stack of towels upward to take the pressure off the towel you’re trying to remove. Needs a design change

We put these paper towel dispensers in a employee bathroom & within 1 day of use it was obvious we'd have to return them. The paper does not come out cleanly & what you pull out is shredded on the sides. Plus there is paper all over the floor that has been ripped apart by the dispenser. It is not a fluke, as we bought 3 of these & all 3 did the same thing.I chose this product to the variety of colors, but I should've gone with a better brand.Now I can't even contact the seller to return or get Amazon's help in securing a refund! Bad customer service all around.

This paper dispenser has a sleek, slim design and feels sturdy. However, it was difficult to pull out the towels without them ripping each time, which made it frustrating to use. Due to this issue, I ended up returning it and purchasing a dispenser from another brand that works more smoothly.

Bought this for a commercial bathroom, the design and matte finish looks nice and would function in theory, however, when installed, the metal/finish on this leaves marks all over your wall when installing/holding it to the wall. The matte finish leaves behind fingerprints and water marks, making the towel holder always appear dirty. The bi-fold towels do not dispense/pull smoothly. I returned.
