This parapet safety anchor is extremely well-built and heavy duty. You'll be impressed with the quality of the materials, and the weld points are all flawless. At just over 200 lbs, I'm completely comfortable putting this to use. It's inconceivable that this could fail, and it's a bargain compared to other similar fall-prevention devices.
