Love having these convenient sheets as liners for baking pans. We also bought the half sizes -- would purchase versus rolls of parchment for same uses. We keep a roll for those times when we need other applications (size wise). Each serves its purpose

These parchment sheets are much more durable than parchment paper on a roll. Great for baking sourdough loaves at high temperatures, easy to lift the bread into and out of the pan. Will buy from now on.
