My car barely fits in my garage I have about 4 inches of wiggle room before I hit our built in tool locker this is the best thing ever invented better than the hanging tennis ball! I wouldn’t recommend it for outdoor use because it’s very light weight and could easily fall with the wind but in a garage it’s perfect as soon as my bumper touches it even the slightest the stop light turns on and I know to stop and park. Now I don’t have to get out of my car multiple time to see how far I can go to get the right spot I get it perfect every time . If this ever breaks I’m repurchasing immediately. Buy it if it’s for inside your garage!

If you can't pull all the way forward in your garage these are a must. Work great on knowing when to stop. I have used them in my last couple houses.

My current garage is pretty small and my husband's truck barely fits into the garage. His truck has to get really close to the house for the garage to shut and I just knew that one day he will run right into the wall. I wanted to be able to prevent this so I did a lot of research and decided this would be the best method. I read previous reviews of this product and was really skeptical that this wouldn't work but like I said after all my research this was the best option. The setup was really easy and we placed it where we needed my husband's truck to stop without hitting the house. The sign is tall enough to see in my husband's huge truck. At first I was worried because it lights up before my husband's truck is fully in the garage and it sway's a little bit as the truck gets really close and my husband was still having to get out of the car to make sure he was in the garage but not hitting the house. We decided to use the sign a little differently then it was intended, as soon as my husband taps the pole of the sign with his truck, it makes the stop sign touch the garage wall and that's how we know his truck is truly in the garage. Because of the width of the base and where the pole is, it ensures we don't hit the house. It's not the way the parking stop sign is suppose to work but it's worked well for us so far and my husband is able to confidently park his truck in the garage. Even with the force of my husband's truck, the base hasn't moved since we placed it on the garage floor. I have had this product for about 6 months now and the lights still work perfectly even though they stay on longer because of the direct contact with my husband's truck. I think if you had a little more space to work with, it would work as intended but we only have a couple of inches to spare so we had to make it work for our needs. Overall I would recommend this product, I think it works better than a tennis ball (we used that at our old house and it worked for like a week).

Well, it keeps me from hitting anything. The base isn't very sturdy I think it needs some kind of weight to it. I have to keep adjusting it everytime i bump into it no matter how slow I approach it with my car.. Once assembled the whole thing just leans to one side or the other. I have noticed that the lights don't always come on when you bump it.

My truck barely fits in my garage. This sign starts blinking as you get close n it springs so if I bumb it I see it bend n let's me know where to stop

This product is awesome! I was concerned at first due to some of the reviews stating that the light did not go off, light stayed on, not sensitive enough, etc. I have a long vehicle and a short garage. I have 6 inches clearance in the front and 6 inches clearance in the back when the garage door is closed. On top of that I need to park at a slight angle due to the protrusion from the room extension in the house, making my garage challenging. I had originally bought an ultra sonic parking aid, but this was susceptible to accuracy issues due to temperature. When I added the Parkez it was deadly. As soon as my bumper hits the stem the lights go off and my car is the same distance from the wall every time. I would recommend the Parkez stop sign with no reservations! Every once and a while you come across a product that does exactly what it's supposed to do and this one is it.

I recently bought a 2020 GMC Sierra Elevation Crew Cab and the truck barely fits in my 20' garage (literally 7 inches to spare). Thankfully, this sits tall enough to see easily over the hood of the truck. Once the bumper nudges it, you can see it move or the lights start to flash. Even when the battery eventually dies and the lights stop working, I probably won't bother replacing since it works fine just by being able to see it move.

I gave this 4 stars rather than 5 as I think the pole could have been a bit thicker. I have a couple of other products similar to this which I bought from Amazon last year but are no longer available. They have a thicker pole and have stood up well. I was going to return this one initially but then decided I would try it out. The pole is a bit thin but it is in the garage so as long as I do not have it outside in the wind, it works fine. The base is heavy enough and seems to be maybe filled with sand. The lights work on the sign if bumped but when the battery wears out I doubt I will replace it. I see no need for it to light up as I can easily tell when I bump against it. I think for less than $30 this works well at telling me when I should stop my vehicle without hitting my riding mower or snow thrower which sits at the front of the garage. It beats placing anything on the floor of the garage that I have to drive my truck up to. Because this is a stop sign on a pole I get to see it as I drive or back into the garage. I can slow down carefully as I watch for the pole to move slightly which then tells me to stop my vehicle. It's a simple solution and in my opinion beats everything else especially the electronic "seeing eyes" that I found never worked well at all. This works because it is basically a stop sign on a stick. It is simple so it works. I did not have this pole flop around at all. It was straight and stayed up straight. So while initially I thought it might be poorly constructed, after use, I found it works quite well and is sturdy enough for the job. I can also easily move it out-of-the-way when I want to get to the equipment in front of the car whereas with the floor type stops, I found I could trip on them at times and they were not as quickly moved out-of-the-way and then placed back down. Overall 4 starts. A little thicker pole and I would have given it 5 stars. Sets up in a couple of minutes and solves a parking problem simply. Delivery was fast and product well packaged. Well done!
