They worked well and the price was right, but I'd prefer white since the clear scratched just by drying.

I use a manual wheelchair for mobility, and I am short-statured. I cannot reach to the back of the counters in my (VERY small, unadapted) kitchen. So, storing and using my small appliances was a problem.I purchased these trays to hold my small appliances. One tray holds my KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Another holds my KitchenAid Hand Mixer and KitchenAid Blender. A third has my Chef's Choice Knife Sharpener and Cuisinart Food Processor, and a fourth my Proctor Silex Can Opener and small KitchenAid Food Processor.I can easily reach the trays to pull them forward to use the appliances, then push them all the way back on the counter when I am done. The trays keep the part of the counter I can't reach clean. Plus, because the trays are clear, they don't take up any visual space on my counters.The "leftover" two trays I use as....trays!While I think the trays could be a bit heavier (I don't expect the two I'm using as food serving trays will last very long without cracking), they do serve the main purpose for which I purchased them. I don't move the appliances on and off the trays (and some of those appliances are HEAVY), and so far, no cracks. I think if you treat them gently, they're a very good buy.

My husband and I do catering and were very excited about getting a great deal on serving trays. Upon arrival every single one of the trays was broken on the edge and cracked. Granted they were still usable but looked awful when set out to be used. When we received them we unfortunately had no time to send back so we had to use them. Will never order them again!! So unfortunate because these are great looking trays but when ALL of them come cracked and broken.....NEVER AGAIN!

Disappointed in these. I ordered these to replace some we had gotten with party platters of fruit and cold cuts we got from the grocery store. The ones we had weren't labeled for recycling, so no idea what kind of plastic those were. These trays are polystyrine. These are VERY brittle. I cut a rack of smoked pork ribs on one. The meat was almost falling off the bone. The knife was shaving sharp (I used to be a butcher) so I wasn't using excessive force. That was still enough to crack the tray!So these would probably be ok to serve pre cut raw fruit/veggies or cold cuts. For any kind of prep, forget it. Good thing these are cheap, because they aren't very reuseable. Looking for something more flexible....
