I was so super excited to get this! It worked wonderfully, I just have to get better at making the pasta dough, but I was so happy and excited to use this. I definitely recommend this!

The roller and cutters were easy to use and barely got anything on them during the process. We are somewhat disappointed with the spaghetti cutter because the noodles are so small. They are more like angel hair than spaghetti. The recipe we used that was in the box made plenty of noodles.

High quality at a low cost. I use this at work in a restaurant and I also bought one as a gift. I hook the roller up to one kitchen aid mixer and the cutters to another. Makes pasta making a breeze. It’s great to save money and get a great product.

Second edit. I have to say that The company went above and beyond with their warranty. Looked into the fine print due to the issue below. Amazon has 30 days but Inno Moon has a 1 year warranty. So I contacted them. Asked for a few pics and explanation of how it was defective. Sent me a new one with no hassle. It works perfectly so no I really have no complaints.edit to the original review. So to be fair, the attachment rollers work just fine. The thin noodle cutter work perfectly but I have noticed a problem with the thicker noodle cutter. My SO was using the machine and we were making a fettuchini dish. I made the sauce and she rolled the noodles. (wild foraged Chanterelles in a puffball cream sauce if you're wondering:) had the water up to the boil but she wasn't ready with the noodles. Turns out the thick cutter only cuts half of the noodles. I just thought they were supposed to be extra wide noodles. Nope! All the noodles were scored for the proper sized noodle and she was tearing them each individually to get the proper thickness. So I thought originally the noodles were supposed to be about 8 mm wide but in reality the roller is designed to cut about 4mm wide noodles and every other seam was stuck together. Kinda a pain because I've now had it and used it for a few months and there is absolutely no way I would be able to return it now. Maybe I can contact the seller. Of course if you roll the dice you may get a cutter that makes Pappardelle noodles instead of fettuchini.original review.I have to admit that the rollers are a little smaller than I imagined. I guess deep down I knew that when I bought them. They have a beautiful finish and attach perfectly to my KA stand mixer. They took a bit longer to deliver than I am used to but I wrote that off due to the Coronacation. So I got them and had to give it a go.Ive never made pasta before and looked on line for a recipe. I personally cook a lot and didnt like the suggestions on the net. So I took all their advice and went a little free form. I knew I wanted a noodle with a bit of texture that held together. I also have access to chicken, duck and lots of quail eggs for various cooking needs. So with that I settled on my 20 quail egg noodle and now it is the only noodles I will ever cook. I use the quail egg because it has a much higher yolk to white ratio. could also use 2 regular eggs plus 4 yolks.Basically 20 quail eggs, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt and beat that but not too much. 2 cups of flour and kneed with dough hook for 5-7 minutes. I also kneed by hand to get a feel for the dough for a couple of minutes. Wrap it tight in plastic wrap and set on the counter for an hour.I cut the dough in 4 and rolled out some snakes in flour. Ran it through the rollers as indicated. Twice through settings 8-6 then once through 5,4 and 3. I cut the thin noodles and they go directly into the pot of boiling salted water. Here i suggest generously flouring the flat dough before it goes through the cutter. cook no more than 3 minutes.I was also a bit concerned about the clean up. NO DISHWASHER recommended. This is a concern. Everything except my knives and pots go into the machine. To my surprise, all the flour came right out with a couple of taps and the little weeee brush included. Quick wipe down with a dry cloth and boom done. All clean until next time, which may be a couple of hours because the noodles were so good.Overall very happy with this product. Not sure how it compares to name brand but I really like that it is 3 separate attachments..

Haven’t used them yet but it fits my KitchenAid mixer Artisan. I like the individual attachments instead of a 3-in-1 unit. Mini spatula/brush included. It seems to be constructed of stainless steel. Very sturdy.

Very easy to use. I pull this kitchen tool out a minimum of once every two weeks. It is doing a little squeaking at the moment but keeps on ticking so far. Vwry easy to use with our KitchenAid mixer.
