The design and quality of this pasta roller is excellent. It worked perfectly with my Kitchen Aid stand mixer and made rolling out pasta dough for ravioli very speedy and easy. Itรขโฌโขs so nice to not have to hand crank pasta through a manual machine. This roller is heavy and very well made. It was also easy to clean. I highly recommend it.

Great roller. Moves between thickness settings easily and cleans up nicely. Would have loved for the numbers on the settings to be in black so that they would be more visible but this is probably my eyesight issues and less relevant for most users here. Overall very happy with the performance.

I purchased this pasta roller to replace my original Kitchenaid one that has gone missing. (Maybe it's the kitchen elves!) I don't post too many reviews, but the Zacme pasta roller works perfectly, so I thought I'd let everyone know. I was concerned that the thicknesses might be uneven from side to side, but it works great with no issues, even on the thinnest settings. Oh, and if you haven't made artisan crackers yet, you're missing out! My favorite is rosemary, olive oil and, sea salt and cracked pepper. So easy, too! I roll mine down to the #3 setting to get them nice and crisp.

This really made making ravioli super easy! The setup was seem less and there is pretty much no learning curve. The only issue was you do have to roll the dough out pretty thin before you start to put it through the machine or it will twist it out of the socket of the mixer.

My previous Zacme roller was broken after three years of almost daily use. I tried another brand for replacement but found that my dough was stuck to that roller all the time, so I returned that and ordered Zacme again. The housing is changed from the square shape (left in the photo) to round shape (right in the photo). There is also a rubber gasket in the new housing, which should be able to prevent water from entering the housing. Hopefully it is more resistant to dust as well. The roller is quite heavy and feels sturdy. More importantly the dough doesnรขโฌโขt stuck to the roller. So far so good !

I had a hard time getting it seated in the mixer the first time, but once I got the hang of it, it was easy. We use it to roll dough including pastry dough and pasta dough. I was going to get one with all of the different cutting attachments, but it really isn't necessary. I love the rustic look of hand cut pasta so i just got the roller.

This is a nice solidly built attachment that fits my old Kitchenaid machine perfectly. The dial works as described in the instructions and I found it not only easy, but also enjoyable. I used two different recipes for pasta and found it worked great even without using extra flour. Nothing stuck to the rollers, so I only wiped it down before putting the attachment away (using the box it came in.)The seller packed this very well, custom formed foam and a cardboard box without any overpackaging. There is a brush included, but I didn't need it, so it "lives" by my kitchen sink, just in case it comes in handy for something else. I can definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to pay a small fortune for a brand-name equivalent. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and takes up little cupboard space, all for an excellent price.

This 3 piece attachment set is made of stainless steel. I used it for the first time and extremely satisfied with this product! Made lasagna pasta & pasta ! Excellent product well made fit my Kitchen aid mixer. Highly recommend the attachments!

I got a lemon first, it's broken very quickly. But the seller contacted me and give me a replacement, although it's someone's return, it works well.

Best 50$ investment ever!!!If you are making pierogis,pelmeni,ravioli at home and don't wanna paying arm and a leg for the original attachment- then it's a must!I'm using cuisinart mixer and it's a bit pricey to buy an attachment, so I decided to give this one a try! No regrets!!!!Love it!No pain after cooking(as after I was using a dough roller my shoulders and arms and wrists were killing me for several days!), now I'm enjoying the process! The ideal dough,doesn't shrink, I make it fast and easy!!!Start with the wider and keep narrowing it with every round. I stop at 2 and it's ideal for me!Highly recommend!!!
