These are much more sturdy and attractive than I expected for the price. They look great, feel sturdy, and are just right for anything from Cornish hen to large turkey. Very well designed and significantly higher quality than I expected. I'd honestly rate these better quality than big name brands at gourmet cooking stores.

What can I say, as a chef I wish I had these long ago.. So sturdy to work with, And makes carving and BBQ use so easy...They should be in everyone's house come the holidays...I use them often...

I tried them at work for carving stations for Christmas brunch and dinner, both carving forks works well. Sturdy enough and have a good weight balance. Slightly rough on the handles. I sanded them with 1000 grits sandpaper, then it worked like charm. It’s delivered on time.
