I had purchased the Blackstone set before noticing the egg rings were lined with silicon. I dont use silicon, plastic, Teflon or aluminum for food prep or storage...I return the set and purchased these. They perfectly designed...the quality is great, better than the Blackstone and about 32% less expensive. Fast shipment...perfect transaction

Works great for cooking eggs, sausage or any ground meat into perfect biscuit size toppings. These models are a good purchase.

Comes in handy when I make my homemade sausage patties and creates the perfect sized portions for a breakfast sandwich using one skillet and easy clean up. Just remember to spray the rings with an oil so food doesn’t stick.

These are truly great for sunnyside up eggs, egg patties for breakfast sandwiches and perfect pancakes. Be sure to lightly sray the ring and cooking area with your favorite spray oil.

These are easy to use but be sure to either rub grease all over the inside or use cooking spray prior to use. Otherwise you will have a mess. Even with that, I have to use a spatula to skim the rim and pry the egg away from the mold to release. I wish I would have stayed with the silicone ones because they were MUCH easier to clean. You have to soak these in order to clean them properly and egg gets stuck around the handle rivets on the inside of the ring. So cleaning is a pain. Make sure they (and the pan are hot before adding the egg, otherwise egg just comes out of the bottom of the mold. The silicone ones had a much better seal than these. I do like the fact that you can fold the handle down a bit to get the lid of the pan on if you want it, but then again, if you fold the handle down a bit too much, it snaps right down into your egg.

I absolutely love these. They are useful when making eggs and pancakes. Very easy to clean and dishwash-ready.

Cleaning these after using them is not as easy as I expected it to be, as some things (like eggs) do stick to the finish a little more than I figured they would. In other words, these things don't stick to the griddle on which I'm using the rings, but they DO stick at least somewhat to the rings themselves. As far as the rings, themselves, they are easy to use. I had thought the "handles" would be helpful. I don't find them so. I think, possibly, an arc on opposing sides, that a fork or spoon could be poked through, might be better. I've found that picking up the rings from the rather strange handles at one side of the ring, is rather a messy business...kind of frustrating. As for removing the food FROM the rings, it's basically the same type of problem as with the cleaning. I really wanted these mostly, for cooking eggs on my griddle, because I only have a very small space on my counter, and no actual range in our very small kitchenette. Using the griddle is the easiest method for cooking most things, and eggs are the hardest to do ON the griddle. Once the food is cooked, I expected to pretty much be able to just use a spatula to pick up the cooked food, and then, when the ring was placed on a plate, just slip the food right out. It doesn't work that way. The handle, at that point, becomes even more of a problem, since it doesn't cooperate well with the effort of removing the cooked items from the rings. It just gets in the way.I've figured it out enough to get by, and at least fried eggs and pancakes aren't spreading out all the way across my grill's surface. I'm not perfectly happy with the product, but that may just be my expectations, vs. different expectations of other people using the product.

I like that they have a silicon holder on the handle to prevent accidental burns. They work great for eggs and even pancakes. If you like a breakfast sandwich that stays inside the lines of your bread then these are for you!
