I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this finial, as I was looking for an unobtrusive replacement for a lost finial. The finish was very nice, not overly shiny gold.

This seller did an outstanding job of making sure the buyer could make this knob work. They included a screw adapter with the knob in case the inside diameter of the knob was too big , so that it would fit perfectly to secure the lamp shade

They are beautiful but I made the mistake of not figuring out what 17 mm were. When they arrived, they were very tiny. Make sure you check your size as I thought they were going to be big round balls.
