Put the lettering side of the seal into the cap and apply a little pressure to attach it tightly; 3. Finally, Screw the lid on as tightly as you possibly can, the seal is activated by the pressure of applying the lid and will adhere within 12-24 hours (No Strong Stickiness).

I love the idea of a tamper seal but these would not adhere to the jar. They were well packaged and they were the perfect size. They could still be used if one is not purchasing solely for the seal.
