I purchased this cord to restring my daughter's pointe shoes, but unfortunately, it was too thick for the job. If you're considering this cord specifically for pointe shoes, I’d recommend looking for a thinner option. That said, the cord itself is high-quality, comes in great condition, and you get a large quantity for the price. It would be great for other projects—just not pointe shoes!

I have bought cord from other suppliers only to return it as the product I received, did not meet the description of the listing. The color and size of this cord was exactly what I was expecting. It arrived in a timely fashion, and so far has worked very well for my projects.

Nice color, but I was hoping it would be a bit thicker. It’s the same consistency as a hair tie.

I wanted gold. as in metalic gold, elastic. This could be called goldenrod or mango, it is NOT GOLD. I can't be bothered to return and it will serve the purpose I intended it for. Also, it is not a continuous piece but several lengths bundled as in the product photo.

This is good quality elastic but comes in a box and can easily get knotted up
