I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator at the end of 2019 and had it installed at my rental home. My tenant obviously didn't keep up with maintenance because when I got access to my rental home after he moved out, I checked inside the refrigerator and it smelled so bad. The refrigerator looked fine, he took care of the inside and outside of the fridge but he didn't bother to change out the air filter AND the water filter (another product I had to purchase). I think he never changed either of those in a year! This filter was very easy to install, just set it inside the area it goes and after a couple of days the fridge had no disgusting smell. I assume it took so long for the smell to dissipate because he never changed the filter. Great product, easy to install!
