I love this necklace and wasn’t sure if I’d like the bar closure or could tolerate that on back of my neck. Even though i’m sensitive, I couldn’t feel it at all! I also like the cute charms and the ability to move them around and like that I can easily adjust the length of the necklace. Pavoi does a nice job with the 14k gold plating and it’s undetectable to others. I think this was well thought out in its design and i appreciate that i can now buy additional charms!

Have purchased lots of costume jewelry on Amazon and I keep coming back to PAVOI.You cannot beat the quality at this price point. And trust me - I am picky.This is a review for the 14K Gold plated Whimsical charm necklace.The Gold plating looks to be high quality. It is definitely Gold plated vs painted a gold color.The chain is well made and feels substantial. Could easily wear this chain with no charms.Charms are absolutely darling. Just the perfect amount of bling.However, the standout for me, was the clasp. Actually, there is no clasp...well, sort of.It uses a slider mechanism. So easy to put on and take off. And once in place it does not slip.You will absolutely love it.

I got this as a gift for Christmas. I love the necklace and how easy it is to put on but the rubber part that is on the inside of the circle part of the closure came off and now the necklace won’t stay on. Any recommendations or a way to replace it?

I love Pavoi and their products. This necklace (I bought both silver and gold) was just not what I recieved. Don't get me wrong it looks good, and it's definitely adjustable.. however what I did find was that no matter how long or short I kept the chain the remaining chain that makes up the lariat portion would ALWAYS tangle and twist around the chain making it uncomfortable. Just not what I expected when everything else I've bought from them I'm obsessed with.
