This item was well-made and has good enough resolution to function as an air conditioning scale. It will help you make sure you get the correct amount of refrigerant and the resolution on it is accurate enough for air-conditioning work. It runs off of a couple of AA batteries. The case is tough and well-made. Overall, the item should serve its intended purpose quite nicely.

Nice product. Good full range operation and very easy to use. Very nice and protective storage box and priced right for DIY use. Substitutes such as spring scales are no longer necessary as this is a reasonible addition to a home shop.

Overall I’m happy with this scale. The measurements are repeatable including when items aren’t centered on the scale. I had a handful of times where the scale had a residual reading of 0.2 oz after being unloaded and using lb and oz mode, but I didn’t have any residual readings in kg mode or lb mode. I didn’t have the scale calibrated so I can’t say how accurate it truly is out of the box. The scale body is coated metal and feels sturdy. The screen and battery housing is lightweight and plastic and feels more delicate than an industrial tool should be. This item does require a 9v battery which isn’t mentioned anywhere. These are becoming less and less common to have around but there is a spot in the case where one fits and I’ll be storing one there instead of installed in the display.

Nice scale for the money. Granted, it's not bluetooth and doesn't connect to your phone or tablet, but it works well and seems to be accurate. Comes with a nice heavy duty case so it packs away neatly until you need it. Price Point is right on the spot for generic scales and considerably cheaper than a lot of the name brand scales. Well worth the money as long as it lasts.

Accurate scale and it works great. Super simple too. Definitely a helpful tool for HVAC techs. Not a lot more to say about it.
