About the oil leakage issue, because every vacuum pump is tested and operated with oil before shipment, after that, the oil will be poured out, but there may be a little rested in the pump, which may cause oil leakage during the long transportation. If you find the oil leakage on the surface when receiving the product, just wipe it and then use.

Vacuum Chamber Features
- The tempered glass lid is impact-resistant, which is perfet for wood stabilization. And its excellent transparent and large window provides enough visibility for work.
- The vacuum chamber is provided with two rubber seals, one is on the lid, the other is on the chamber edge, which is perfect for better sealing when vacuuming.
Spare Parts Features
The pressure hose we use is the steel rubber hose, which has larger room for quicker vacuuming.
However, the pressure hose of others in the market is the normal pressure hose, which has narrower room for slower vacuuming and easy to blow up during operation.

My wife decided to clean up the pantry and put all the dry goods in mason jars. This allowed me to vacuum multiple jars at once. It pulls a much deeper vacuum than the typical vacuum for jars and bags. The pantry looks great and the dry goods are going to last longer. Be aware this requires oil to get this level of vacuum and does release some into the air when in use. Reasonably priced and easy to use if you’re familiar with this area. I have also used it to pull moisture out of 3D Printing filaments and bubbles out of resin epoxy. The vessel seals better than I expected and will hold a 28.5†+ vacuum for days. The pump pulls down the vessel quickly.

I use this for removing bubble from resin and it works great. My only complaint is it did not come with any oil in it so make sure to get some when you purchase. There a fill gauge on the front of the vacuum pump and it worked a lot better after adding oil.

We have a few different sizes and brands of vacuum chambers in our classroom. This one from PB Motor Tech, compared to the others, is a well made quality product. The double seal works well. We've had no issues with the gauges, but over time, they do seem to lose pressure through leakage more than others. They still function well. I do like that the chmber is lighter weight than others.

Great kit for your vacuum chamber needs! Easy to setup pump, did purchase oil separate. The chamber is very large and does not compress when near full vacuum. Highly recommend this kit. Used to show what a vacuum does to marshmallows and the like.

I've been wanting to try combining my wood turning hobby with poured resin work. This is a very large chamber at five gallons but it is better to have the space and not need it than vice versa. I will use this machine to combine pieces of wood with resins. A wonderful opportunity to use up some of the scraps of woods that have been lying around my shop. This vacuum chamber will pull the air out of the resin/wood and eliminate bubbles. Can't wait to get started.
