Fit and finish are awesome. pulled out the old and this drops right in and hooked up to the pull/push bar with no issues. the slots for the pins are the perfect size so it doesn't bind up or get crooked It's heaver then I expected! Super happy with that. the Plastic covering it is a pain in the butt to get off, but i understand it is manufactured that was and it's just something you have to deal with! Happy that i won't have to worry about this one rusting, and flaking or falling apart as quickly as the stock piece as it's stainless!! as they say, this one is "plug and play"

Nice heavy duty metal should last a very long time. Im not exactly sure of the intended usage but I will work well for my custom smoker grill combo. Was covered with some kind of heat shrink plastic which was real pain to remove but I eventually got it by just throwing it in a fire seems a bit expensive but then again it is heavy duty metal

These are extremely well made. They look like actual stainless steel. They fit perfectly in my pellet grill. The metal might be thicker than the original one. Mine were falling apart. They were rusting and crumbling to pieces. I'm very impressed. Maybe this one will last longer than the original. My only complaint is that it was difficult to remove all the plastic used to protect it in shipping. It is stuck to the metal and takes a while to remove. I think the plastic protection is unnecessary. Overall, this is great. I'd recommend it to anyone.

This flame broiler slide cover and bottom kit is a perfect replacement for my Pit Boss Pro Series Wood Pellet and Gas Grill Combo Model PB1100PSC2. My original ones were rusting and even after cleaning it was difficult to slide the cover over the bottom. It’s manufactured from corrosion proof 304 stainless steel unlike the original plain steel so no more chipping off the rusting flakes. The fit is excellent, including the flame broiler adjusting bar attachment. The slide cover and bottom came with the white plastic covering still attached. It did take some time to remove the plastic.

If you have this pellet grill you already know how to take it apart to clean it. So while you're doing that next time instead of putting the old piece back in, just use this replacement part. It is an exact fit.The only thing to be aware of is the new part is covered in a plastic wrap. So before you install it, remove the plastic so you're not eating it.Easy peasy.

I spent HOURS trying to clean the flame broiler pieces. I've use a steamer on it, degreaser, pressure washer....everything. After a few years, it just isn't worth it anymore and it's time for a new one. This was a direct fit for my Pitboss 550 series. Opens and closes as it should. Just what I needed!
