This is the second one I bought for my wife and it works awesome..I and my wife sometimes work from home, it’s lovely product, very portable and easy to take to anywhere, produces good sound for its small size. Very clear, very handy for multiple people on a call. When I have calls with Microsoft Lync/Skype for business, I can have multiple people with me in the room, we can all hear clearly what the person(s) on the other side of the call is saying and the mike picks up our voices very well.It’s very easy to use. Plugging it in to the USB port on my laptop is all that is needed, switching from the laptop speakers to this happens automatically even while I am using apps like Lync or a browser playing a YouTube video. Well recommended.

With all these online classes going around, I wanted to buy a handsfree mic/speaker set that works on chrome book for my kid. I also do not want them wear a headset for extended period of time. So I researched and bought this product.It’s sound quality is good. Mic can pick up your voice from at least 10-12 feet. Most importantly for me, it is plug and play on a chrome book for zoom calls.I felt this unit is bit expensive but the product is awesome. No complaints on the quality or working of this product

I do love that it is plug and play... but the sound doesn't get loud enough if you are in a larger room with multiple people. I meant to send it back and got so busy with work, I let the return time pass.

During COVID we scattered to hour homes. When restrictions were lifted a few of us crawled out from under our rocks and went to our face-to-face meetings. But there weren't enough of us to have a meaningful exchange so we bought one of these conference speakers and hooked it up to a computer. Strangely, people on the meeting were able to hear things in the room that those in the room didn't even hear. The microphone is very good and sensitive. The volume is okay. I found that folks kept reaching over to the unit to run the volume up but it was as high as it could go.

I received this because I have meetings across multiple platforms every week! I am tired of wearing a headset as my PC does not have built in speakers or microphone. There were Echo's on both sides of the call. It was terrible. I tried troubleshooting myself with no luck. I searched google for troubleshooting options with no luck. Finally I sent a very descriptive email to the customer support email and after waiting 2 DAYS!!!! they finally emailed me back and said"hellodoes your side hear the echo, or the other side hear the echo?waiting for your replykate"It has now been 3 days since I replied back to them with no answer whatsoever.They are obviously not a professional company. They can't even send a professional email! They also DIDN'T bother to read my email because in my original message to them I was very descriptive with each platform the errors I was getting. BAD PRODUCT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work from home and wanted a better hands free mic w/speaker as my laptop mic is poor. I bought this for my work Zoom, WebEx and MS Teams calls. Sets up easily. Plugged into the laptop USB port. My laptop recognized it immediately. No setup needed on my end. You can mute and adjust the volume on the speaker or still use your laptop. Sound quality from those on the call was crystal clear. My teammates on the call said they could hear me really well. Excellent value for the price.

At first, I thought it didn't work with my computer for Zoom meetings. However, I tried to hook it up again an it worked. The speaker will only get as loud as your computer (in my opinion), and you need to be less than 5 feet away in order for the person on the other side of the screen to hear you. I was going to return it, but it's okay for what I use it for. Hopefully, it'll last for a while, but we'll see.

Le son que les autres personnes reçoivent n’est pas égale mais robotique. Je le sais car je me suis fais enregistré à quelques reprises afin de tester quelques paramètres. Le son que je reçois semble provenir d’une boîte de conserve.Disons que je cote le produit à 2 car il n’est pas très cher. Est-ce que je le conseille … Non!
