I loved this stand so much I bought one for my son as well. I love that it is sturdy, adjustable for several heights (my students range from 7yo to 18), and I can collapse it, put it in its carrying case, and take it to performances or other locations as needed. the carrying case strap is large enough to fit over the shoulder. I love that the back of the stand is solid, so it can be used in performances where you don't want the audience to see through the back. A stand light easily clips on. It also has nice feet that won't scratch whatever surface you put it on. It has withstood 7 years of regular use and still going strong. The only drawback is that I occasionally have to tighten a screw on one of the height adjusting clamps when it loosens (which causes the stand to slide down if any heavier folders or books are placed on it). But that takes a screwdriver and 2 seconds to tighten and we are back in business. Easy peasy.

I found the voyager to be too cumbersome. Some fellow musicians recommended this as an alternative. It still takes a minute or so to assemble / tear down, but it's fairly quick and packs up small enough that it's worth it. (Navigating the stand into and out of the bag takes most of that time.) This version with two clamps is tall enough for me for either standing or sitting. I like to fold one or two of the panels back to reduce the area of the desktop when I'm using a tablet. (I'm contemplating getting another sliding tray and cutting it shorter for that purpose. On a crowded stage, every inch can help.)I like it. I'm glad I got it.

I needed a music stand that was both very light and sturdy. I transport the stand from job to job and I wanted that process to be easy and uncomplicated. A friend of mine had this model and I tried it out and liked it a lot. The price was very reasonable as well. I would not have bought it, if the price were too high. I have recommended this stand to others.

When my kids started playing violin, I looked for a plastic sturdy stand as I didn't want them to accidentally bump into the stand and scratch the finish on the violin. This is a very high quality stand that has withstood the abuse of my elementary aged boys and all the breakdowns and setups. I first purchased this 3 years ago, that stand is still in very good shape. I purchased 2 more. The quality speaks for itself.

A friend let me borrow her stand and I liked it so much I had to get one for myself. It's lightweight but incredibly sturdy. The carrying bag makes it great for gigs.

It’s a great product. Also doesn’t reflect sound back at you, which is great for recording.

This music stand was a gift for my husband. It’s exactly what he was hoping it would be like. He had asked several of his fellow pickers for a recommendation, and this was the one that won.
