Originally I purchased typical thin plastic frames that are pieced together with friction on a cardboard backing with a plexiglass cover. They were inexpensive but the frame kept coming apart until I used tape to hold the frame together. But even then the corners of the frame didn’t come together. There were gaps. Then I decided to order something more substantial. These frames weren’t cheap, but they make my movie posters look great. My den now looks inviting and comfortable. It really makes a big difference.

I love how light weight these are. They are a poly type “glass†so they will not shatter if they fall off the wall. The hinged stand sits back inside the edge so if you want o hang them on the wall instead of standing upright you can. They look nice and are a great value for the money. I used 3M strips to hang them and the light weight will be beneficial for staying on the wall. 8x10 fit perfectly on the frame. I will buy again for more pictures.

I love these picture frames. I have a room in my home with a gallery of photography prints that I've taken. I want pretty frames with which I can change photos regularly and quickly. This is exactly what I wanted. The material is plastic but it's attractive. It's sturdy. They are easy to hang. Great value.I don't want to use them on table tops, so I tear the tabletop stand off the back so that it hangs flatter on the wall. It's easy to do and makes my prints hang flat.

It always amazes me how good art looks framed. Even tho cheap construction, they are great and easy to use to frame art, photos, etc. One frame out of the 6-pack was damaged. I can repair & paint it. I don’t feel like going the the trouble to return. The price was great & affordable. I’ll order them again.

Inexpensive but well made. Arrived on time and well packaged. They’re light weight so no heavy hardware needed to hang. They’re stylish, simple, sleek and large enough to stand out on a wall. I got a tin reproduction in one no problem. These are a great buy and worked well for my country chic look.

Bought these for black and white photos in living room. The cover is not mirror but some kind of plastic. It doesn’t make it look cheap but glass might be preferable for some. Used the matte and pics came out looking pretty spiffy. Good value and lots of frames. Easy peasy project too. I gifted these w special photos already set in. Proud of how they looked. You can hang em but I preferred the easel look. Frame seems sturdy.

Either Amazon sent me to a different item other than the one I wanted to rebuy or this company has seriously gone downhill.1st set I bought was perfect. Black frames with Glass cover. Packed in a box with cardboard liner between each. Easy to use, looked fantastic. Needed just 1 more but loved them so much, pressed the reorder option for another 6 pack and got these ridiculous knock offs.They came wrapped in a clear wrap, in a box with other items I'd ordered. The flimsy plastic frame cover has a protective sticker you have to remove on both sides. Why, when it is not breakable like the glass I expected it to be, is beyond me. I think it's just to piss you off as you pointlessly struggle to remove it.The are the size I ordered. Guess that is a plus.Would I buy these exact frames again? No. They feel flimsy and look cheap, like the frame itself is plastic. Every corner was scratched up. Maybe because each was just piled on too of each other, nothing between to stop friction???UPDATE: I looked back and this ISN'T the same company. The company I previously bought it from no longer sells the item I bought, so I think Amazon took me to the next closest thing and I didn't pay attention or even look at it. So, lesson learned.

Okay, I don't know whose bright idea it was to provide picture frames without any kind of perspex/glass in the front to protect the artwork in the frame, but that's what this company has done. What a ridiculous design flaw. Avoid this frame at all costs.

I was expecting to receive the mats for these frames but they were not included.The description implies that these should have been included.
