Great cowbell (with mount included) at a great price for a big name brand accessory. Deep, rich, penetrating sound that cuts through with plenty of volume. The mount is sturdy, solid and it attached securely to my China cymbal stand.The cowbell's "bell ringing" vibration was actually a bit too rich for my taste, so I fixed that by stuffing some foam in the mouth of the cowbell and wedging it tightly to the back of the inside of the cowbell. I find that made the cowbell more consistent with the traditional deep hard rock, somewhat muffled cowbell sound heard in songs like Good Times Bad Times or Welcome to the Jungle.The dimensions on the product page list the cowbell at 12 x 12 x 7 inches, but I have no idea what that is referring to. I measured the cowbell at 8 inches from back to front, 6 inches from the left side of the mouth to the right side, and 3 inches from the top of the mouth to the bottom. There is a small hump at the front of the cowbell where you strike it to keep it from chipping away at your sticks.I got lucky with my setup and the mount worked perfectly by attaching it to my China stand, but you might find that you'll need a dedicated stand if you can't find an existing spot on your setup that makes the mount work without interference. Was looking for a cowbell to be used as part of my drum kit for live rock shows. I wanted to have a cowbell that had a lower pitched sound quality with no ring like you get in cheaper ones. From the first hit I knew this was the perfect cowbell for my needs and was proudly used to rock a Led Zep set Bonham would be proud of - even on some of the more technical cowbell rhythms. Quality mounting clamp on the bell although you need to provide your own hardware separately to attach to a cymbal stand or other part of your kit.

I love this cowbell, a fun addition to my drum kit. Not expensive, easy install, great sound. I put it on my hi-tech stand above the tamborine, it's very functional. Affordable and we'll made.

If you must have "More Cowbell", then this reasonably-priced object can satisfy that desire with ease and finesse. If the gathering does not need, nor desire a cowbell, then you need merely to display this instrument to elicit Shock and Awe Hell No! But, if you need the insistent urging of a well-struck cowbell, then this is The Choice for you. The tone nay not be strictly musical, but it is The Tone when you need it.

Sturdy Cowbell, with a classic Cowbell sound. Very well constructed which is consistent with Pearl Drums and hardware. It will be a nice addition to my drumkit. As Christopher Walken insisted on SNL some many years ago......"We need more Cowbell". Kidding aside, it's a niceity to shop for a product, get it, and see that you made the right choice. This is a quality product and is highly recommended.
