I was looking for a practice amp that I could bring to rehearsals, along with my Nord Electro73 and thought this might be good. Peavy is a respected name and has made great amps over the years. However, I was pretty underwhelmed with this one. It's got a pretty 'tinny' sound but it is definitely light weight. Overall, it's OK but the sound could be better.
