So far it works good on watercolor paper. Removes easily if not added to wet paper (ok if it gets wet after dry) and let paper dry well before removal. Smooth flow. Remember to burp pen just like you do gel markers and shake it very well a few minutes before use to make sure air bubbles are removed from liquid before use. I think the price is a little bit high but would purchase it again if I can afford it.

As the title suggests I used this to cover a Gibson guitar headstock inlay before painting. This worked perfectly. The lines were crisp and clean after removal. I used a toothpick, constantly sharpening it, it chip away the dried paint on the inlay and it came off beautifully. You can't chip off the surrounding paint, only the area painted with this product. I let it dry a couple days and then slowly picked it off! I tried everything including masking and cutting out with an exacto knife. This was by far the best way to achieve perfection! Disregard around the inlay, that was my fault for sanding the filler away by mistake.

The tips get clogged with latex even just while using it. It's almost impossible to get an even, straight line. There's basically no flow to it.I end up just making a puddle a lot of the time. The tips are easy to clean in hot water, but require constant cleaning to work.

I bought this to make christmas cards and it turned my cards blue and did not wipe off. Totally ruined my christmas cards and all of the art work I had done by hand. Do not buy unless you want to be disappointed.

This works great to keep an area of your painting white. Easy to remove as well.

This is simply brilliant for consistent, very fine lines - something I have not found until now. I wanted it for calligraphy style art and everything else I've tried either wouldn't go down thinly enough for long stretches and/or would bubble or puddle. It also has been incredibly easy to remove - no damage to the paper at all. I've heard that the Holbein pen is also excellent, but it's more difficult to access in the US, so this is my choice for now.

I tried using this pen for an alcohol ink project and the pen did not put out enough drawing gum to work. Despite different ways to use it, the pen never worked correctly. Disappointed.

So far I have only used the Pebeo drawing gum pen once. I found it easy to use and was able to draw a very fine line, this being an 0.7 mm nib. It enabled me to produce some fine lines on a watercolour painting of a schooner.

Great idea, but disappointing in practice. Seem to have to keep pumping the nib to get a flow out of the pen - so not great for water colour painting
