My husband bought this to exercise after his bilateral knee replacement. It worked really well especially on the carpet, but the clearance was a little bit of a problem, and sometimes his heels would catch. the wraps around the toes were very very stiff as well. That’s the only reason for five stars.

Got this for my husband. His left left leg is weak and left arm only moves a lil. It was easy to put together but his heart didn't go in the straps much. Even with the mat that came with it the machine would still slide around a lil. The knob to make it harder/easier to peddle didn't loosen much. Since his feet weren't strapped in enough his left would fall out even if I held it in place. His feet would hit the side while peddling. He couldn't sit too close to it in his wheelchair so he had to lean forward. This was not a good fit for him. Will probably return.

If you’re thinking, “wow! That’s a great price†know that this has the quality of an item you could buy at Five Below or Dollar General. It is not heavy or sturdy. The foot straps are death traps. It does not pedal smoothly. Look elsewhere!

Very stiff movement, even without any resistance applied to the wheel. I purchased to use as PT for my elderly mother who loves the appearance more than the performance. Hence I cannot return the item. 😡
