This is a bit on the expensive side (and I’m not cheap). However, it quickly replaces electrolytes, tastes good, and no mixing req’d. If you’re diabetic, this is a good drink for adults on the go who require hydration with little sugar. Easy to use, rehydrates and lifts energy level, quality product. Just need to look for a sale.

I got ly covid shot & my flu shot doesnt necessary mean you avoid covid. It just leans its to a lesser degree. Got very sick with the flu at the beginning of 2024 ended up in the ER —dehydrated:: decided when i got hole only had chicken noodle soup to rehydrate myself. Got this product. Good to have on hand. Good quality.
