Item arrived with a rip on one of the muffs. These were a Christmas gift so my excited daughter wore them once that day before the rip expanded and the entire muff popped off of the headband.

My son is a toddler with sensory processing disorder. We tried letting him wear headphones to drown out loud noises but they were too bulky/heavy/not appropriate for his age and development, not to mention they were more expensive and exposed to all the gross things that happen in Toddlerworld (sticky hands, food/drink spills, etc). These little earmuffs are perfect for him. Nice and light, good price point, he has been wearing them all summer. We try to keep them inside for water play days but every once in awhile he sneaks them to the pool and the bit they've gotten wet has been no problem. He is rough as they come and *knock on wood* they have not been broken. Very happy these block a bit of noise and have helped my son work on coping with loud noises instead of melting down because of them. For me it's a bonus that they can double as winter-wear and triple as a Halloween costume. We will certainly be buying more pairs.

They broke the first wear and had to return. They were also too big on my toddler and had to be given to my older daughter

If you are looking for muffs with room for ears these are not for you. the muffs are plush circles. Rounded on both sides. Sat poorly on my 6 year olds ears
