I purchased the helmet a few months ago and gave the helmet as a birthday present. Unfortunately, the helmet doesn't hover and I reached out to the seller after the window of return asking for an exchange...perhaps the helmets magnet is defective. No response from the seller. I have watched perhaps an hour of "how to" videos and tried everything. This helmet is defective and it's buyer beware.

One of the base lights is burned out. Helmet wobbles when it spins and then thunks loudly as it attaches itself to the top magnet. It can be set again but only takes about a minute before it wobbles as it spins and attaches itself to the top once again.
