These things are awesome! They work for both 1-prong and 2-prong hooks. In fact, I ordered a bag of "good" hooks that have 2 prongs, hoping they won't fall out, but they still don't stay in. With these hook locks, even the cheapest thin metal hooks stay in place. Loving it.I guess one thing you need to keep in mind is that with 1-prong hook, the rubber might make the hook stick up a little bit due to elastic force when there's nothing hanging on on the hook, but with a 2-prong hook it's solidly held in place (as long as you use 2 locks per hook)

I couldn't get the package open quick enough. Exactly what I needed and super easy to use on my pegboard. They hold securely and are easily removed as they grip onto the hooks on removal, which you then pop off.My singular complaint, and I know it's the nature of silicone, is that you have to have weight to hold the hooks in the locks in place. Some of my lighter items on smaller hooks want to creep upwards but, as I said, I know that can't be helped, it's the material. It's not as aggravating as losing multiple hooks down behind my work area because of not having the locks.10/10, would recommend.

It is sad that so many pegboard accessories are for 1/8 inch holes and say works for 1/4 inch hole. They work and they also fall out. These little adaptors do the trick and make the smaller parts fit much better.

I have long needed these. My dad long needed these. My dad glued hooks to the pegboard to hold them down. I have used little plastic devices to hold them down, but those devices didn't really work. THESE, on the other hand, are great! I had a lot of pegboard with the smaller holes, but when I moved I put up some pegboard with the slightly larger holes. So I had a lot of the lighter weight hooks, and those just won't stay in the larger holes without help. These little grommets can be rubbed into the larger holes, and they will hold your smaller hooks in place. For many of the hooks that take up two holes, you will need only one of the grommets. Use it on the part that goes straight into the pegboard hole. That will keep it in place. Jeez, my dad would have loved these.Update: I've used up a container of 60, and I'm buying more. They were so helpful that I put up another panel of pegboard!

I have a Craftsman workbench with integrated metal pegboard. I have always been annoyed with it because every time I grab a tool, the peg falls out. I've tried a variety of peg designs with no luck. Since I received these hook locks, the problem has been eliminated. It takes minimal effort to insert the peg lock and holds the pegs securely. The pegs may not be flush with the board when you insert them, but as soon as you hang a tool, it goes right into position. They are also easy to remove if you are repositioning a peg. I'm quite happy with how these hook locks have made my pegboard more functional.

Unfortunately these were so soft it was extremely hard to get in the peg board holes. I found it so hard to insert that I put them side and purchased something else for my peg boards. Great idea terrible execution.

Worth investigating in these guys. No point having the convenience of a pegboard if the hooks wobble and drop out. These are a little tricky to push-in but, once in place, so will your hooks be.

I was looking for these as the standard pegboard wire holders are always loose and fall off - these fix that problem
