I had thought this was just cardstock, but it's actually plastic and is sturdier than I had thought. I read the reviews and sat on it for a few days before biting the bullet and ordering it; I'm glad I did. It makes organizing my files for payments a lot better. If I ever need more, I will definitely buy again; hopefully, they won't discontinue selling it on Amazon.

I bought it because I didn't want to do a hanging file inside my desk system. I instead have a mesh bucket file that I put in these tabs to keep track of what I need to do each day for work files. I find it a much better method to just have on my desk and ready to go. It works for me. The only thing is that if its not full, the files will fall a bit but the numbered tabs stay upright so it doesn't matter much to me.

Sturdy, thick polypropylene INSERTS for hanging files -- this product is 30 separate pieces of plastic. That's the description of the product, but all of the negative reviews seem to be from people who... didn't read the description. This product is far superior to the pressboard alternative which costs almost as much.My only complaint is that, for whatever reason, the manufacturer consolidated 30 and 31 (so I can't distinguish between files scheduled for the 30th and 31st of a month without being creative) and included an extra "2" divider. (So, 1x "1" divider, 2x "2" divider, 1x "3" divider, etc.) So I wound up with 31 inserts, but one was a duplicate for which I have no use. This seems silly, and the product would be considerably improved by separating 30 and 31, and omitting the superfluous second "2".Even odds says that the inclusion of the extra "2" in my package was a packing error - if so, then I just wish 30 and 31 were not combined. But, overall, very good product.

I have two sets of these numeric dividers! I love to be able to organize things by the day and then as the week goes on move them to a week ending position or month ending position. Perfect for my daily organizing. They are sturdy and durable to last 5 years or more! Easy to read numbers make it quick and simple to know what's going on day to day! I highly recommend!
