The file box itself is as expected, and I appreciate the slim size which is the biggest reason for going with this product. The three file folders that come with the item is very cheaply made. The railing on the folders aren't centered so the file folders don't actually sit right in the file box. I ended up throwing them away and using my own.

Glad I selected black, am tough on this product. Latches are usually not great but adequate. My last one wore out after a good couple of years of hard work. Back and forth to the office couple of times a week.

Only 1/2 the size of others. Won't hold 12 folders, came with 6 hanging folders.

Was what I was looking for, but don't understand why if it fits 12 hanging folders, would you only put 6 in with only 3 hanging folder tabs!
