Please note that nozzle fan degree does not effect nozzle size selection.SO please check whether the pressure of your equipment is under the 5000PSI and make the most to keep it working under 4300PSI 3. To ensure no leaks you must wrap PTFE tape to the screw thread. You should wrap it on the opposite side of the rotating direction. Please note the PFTE tape is NOT INCLUDED in the package. 4. It's normal that there are some rust spots on the products because of our techology and please note it's originally packaged sent but not used.

Guess some people are having bad luck with these turbo nozzles and others are not. I use this turbo nozzle Professionally on a daily basis with a Honda GX 4000 psi, 4 gpm commercial pressure washer and I have not had a single issue with mine in over two years of constant use. I have used turbo nozzles that cost $120.00 that failed in the first few months. This nozzle is fantastic. I purchased a second one in march of 2019. Still haven't needed it because the first one still works great. I'm assuming it will eventually wear out, but so far it's still cleaning just fine on a daily basis. I will update again if it's still kickin next year. Who knows. It may be.UPDATE: The first turbo nozzle (ceramic/plastic/whatever) tip on the inside finally wore out and cracked/split back in early 2021, (Around January), so now I'm finally using my second turbo nozzle from this company. So far it's been trouble free until this last Friday, September 3rd, when it stopped spinning. I've taken it apart, gently cleaned the inside with very warm soapy water and checked for any signs of pitting in the brass inside housing. So far so good. Sprayed a little silicone lubricant inside, put it back together and it's working great again. For how long, well who knows. Hope to make it a couple years using this second turbo nozzle. But if not, well, I purchased a third one for a spare.

I am using this turbo nozzle on a 2200 max psi pressure washer. I am very happy with it. Works great. I have 6 hours continuous running time on it, no problems. It does an excellent job on concrete and stone.

I had a need to replace older rotary spray nozzles for my big gasoline 6.5 hp - 11 hp pressure washers. However, I did have one new consumer grade pressure washer that only had a OEM cheapo flappy nozzle, which I hated (no power, just lots of mist). I received this Amazon Penson brand Rotary nozzle in 2 days , rated 4gpm. As an engineer I dislike any volume reducing devices, that potentially stresses out the pump/motor, and also reduces cleaning power. Yes, the pressure may go up, but not as much as the pump pumps much less gpm volume = bad trade-off. I digress, sorry. So I just experimented with seeing what a rotary nozzle can do with this wimpy-ass electric pressure washer, rated measly 1.2 gpm @ 1700 psi.Conclusion: WOW, not bad. The pressure washer can actually turn the rotary nozzle fast enough, and the zero degree jet does the wide swath cleaning.Thank you Amazon, thank you Penson for making a heavy duty rate 5000 psi nozzle, that should last a long time.

I love using this Turbo Nozzle more than my expensive one.It's just as powerful and it is lighter than the other one.I would definitely purchase this again.

After using it for 10 minutes on a 2300PSI pressure washer it just became a single stream instead of rotating so it is useless to me after only 10 minutes f use, I have tried to remedy the situation with no results and I am beyond the return time so I guess I am out of luck.

I have paid for the best and this is not bad but it is for Beginners not professionals and it cost way too much for the lack of rotations and width of spray it has but I guess it is ok for the DIY that thinks they know what they are doing.
