How to use -Write with light or not!
- Click 1st extend ink refill
- Click 2nd retract ink refill
- Click 3rd extend ink refill and turn Led light ON
- Click 4th retract ink refill and turn Led light OFF

How to replace the battery and refill
How to replace refill:
1.Remove the silver cone at the pen tip by unscrewing it counter-clockwise
2.Taking the spring off the old refill and replace the new refill
3.Place the refill back into the original place and screw silver cone back on clockwise
How to change battery pack:
1.Remove the silver cone at the pen tip by unscrewing it counter-clockwise and take the battery container with refill and springs out from barrel
2..Pull the top of the battery compartment off ,and a small battery pack is inside of the battery compartment.
3.Remove it carefully and replace the new battery pack.

I work as a Security Guard, and often at night. These ones are great for making notes and such at night, or in other dark areas. So much better than having to try and hold a flashlight and a notepad when writing. Highly recommend. I use the white light models but am thinking about trying the red light version.They also write well, look nice, and feel good in the hand!

I got these pens for writing at night and after using them a few times, I really like them. I was worried the ink and ball point would not be very smooth, since often products will be of less quality in one feature to have the other quality, such as lights in this case. I've had some pretty crappy ball point pens before that bleed and write terribly. These are not like that. The writing is smooth, the ink flow is not too much or too little, and it's easy to write with. I am surprised how nice they are to write with and I love that about them.The lights are also great. The blue one can be a little too bright when I'm tired, so the red is much softer and nicer. However, on other days the blue light is fine. Also, it doesn't actually look blue, it's just referring to the warmth factor of the light. It's a cool light vs. a yellow warm light like the red.Some people are saying that the clicking sound the pen makes is too loud. I don't find the sound any louder than a regular clicking pen. I've heard louder clicking pens than this.The only minor issue was a battery was corroded in one of the pens. I replaced it with a backup and it works fine. Both pens work great. I contacted customer service and they're going to send me another battery since I already had to get into the backup packs. They are very quick to respond, polite and friendly. To be honest, I know these kinds of products can have these kinds of issues, it's just the nature of this kind of stuff, and that's the main reason I bought these pens vs. others. Because other reviewers said how amazing the customer service is. Life isn't perfect, but when people are nice and accountable, that means everything to me.So if you have similar values, this company is great. And the pens are too.

Used it a couple of times at work when i chart on vitals on patients. Lights bright enough to see what i write. Everything works great so far.

I love the penlight. No more shadows when writing. The tip of the pen lights up the writing area. The package came with 2 pens and one of the pens did not light. Fortunately a set of spare batteries were included and once I changed out the battery pack the light worked. I emailed Penyeah support to notify them that the installed battery pack was bad. Customer support responded to my email the very next day. They sent out more spare battery packs along with 2 more lighted pens. And as an additional gift they sent a P3 two-magnetic stylus pen. The stylus pen is great because the protective cap is magnetic on both ends. One end is a disc and the other end is a rubber tip. I find the disc end more responsive on the iphone. Overall I was very impressed with the customer support and the products.

I like being able to click it to get it to function instead of the twist or pulling a cap off. They write very good as well. Hoghly recommend. Lil pricey for 2pens but its all good

Overall, I enjoy the pen and plan to keep it. However, the light is so bright that it almost defeats the purpose of writing in the dark without disturbing a partner. It's challenging to write because the brightness can be blinding, making it difficult to see what you're writing, especially in low light. I found that putting a sticky note over the light helped to tone it down. If you have sensitive eyes like mine, I suggest looking for a pen with adjustable brightness settings. As a pen enthusiast, I find that this pen doesn't write as smoothly as I would prefer, but it is overall well-made and a great idea. Thank you.

Ideal for darker restaurants where you need that extra bit of light when signing the check. Also great for finding that one small item in a dark purse! Love this pen light!

I use these to write at night in bed without waking up my partner, especially the red one works really well for this. The spare batteries didn't work when I went to replace them in one of pens but I asked for some replacement batteries and they seller sent me some new ones as well as some extra pens. Great service!

Not the smoothest writing pen I've ever used, but still good. The light function is the reason I bought it and this works well. Perfect for night shifts in hospital. Spare batteries and refills were a good bonus 😊
