I'm thrilled with my new date gun! It's super easy to use, the ink is nice and dark and the seller sent me a follow up message to check to see how the product was working out for me which was a delightful surprise! I haven't had to reload the labels yet, but I'm confident that will be super easy as well. Great product AND service, thank you! ;)

Easy to use and refill. I love mine. The first one I ordered did not come with instructions or the roll of stickers, but Amazon sent me a replacement quickly.

When I first received it, it worked great. The labels were already loaded. Click and go..I replaced the labels for the first time. Now, the labels won't come out without getting stuck, folding over and when they do release, they look muddy with ink. Super frustrating. Who has time for this?.I've called customer service to give them a chance to make it right..If these folks do come through and help me out, I'll let you know..One thing that I really thought was clever: they have a QR code in the labeler that takes you to a video on how to load the labels. Super helpful... if the labeler worked..Update: The company called me and then had me send it in. As it turned out it was MY ERROR. My bad.

I bought this label gun back in Apr 2022 so just over 2 years and when I was using it yesterday as how I usually use it the handle cracked. I contacted Perco’s customer service today because this pro model has a 5 year warranty, but I was told this is not covered under warranty because it’s considered as negligence. They said I could’ve dropped it that’s why it cracked, but the picture clearly shows that the crack is on the handle. If I dropped it then the crack should’ve been on its body. Meaning its material is not sturdy enough for multiple use. Plus this label gun is not cheap at all. I bought it for over $100 that only lasted for 2 years. I also just recently ordered refill roll of labels for it that won’t have any use anymore. What a waste of money. I’d rather buy something way cheaper at least I won’t expect it to last for very long.

I love it! I run a small business so this product is not cheap but I tried the cheap ones and they just didn’t work. This machine does amazing job

Save yourself time and money and just get this model. I tried the lite version and ended up with it beat to pieces in about 3 months. This model is clearer, faster, and way better quality materials. I use this labeling my daily dough in a pizza restaurant as well as prep items. I pair it with the orange 1 line tags and it’s magic.
