Bought for Harvest Right medium trays, I’m using so many, I wanted something affordable. These fit the bill! They are slightly larger than the tray, so go up a tiny bit on one of the sides, but that’s ok. One bummer - they mail them to you folded in half, and that fold stays in the whole stack - it’s not a crease, but a large roll fold. I just flip the piece down the other way in the trays.I’ve baked with these, had them in the freezer, put them in freezing cold into the freeze dryer, and they work perfectly. Great for candies, but also used for fruits. I’ll be grabbing more!

I have tried parchment paper cut for harvest right trays from several companies, and this is the only one that fits perfectly and they do not arrive folded!Having the papers arrive folded makes the product roll around if you are freeze drying anything light in weight. The other brands are also too long, which is a huge frustration.Also, don’t pay attention to the low review left by someone saying the papers were 4†too short for the medium trays. That’s because they bought papers for the small trays, which are 4†shorter than the medium. They bought the wrong size. Learn to read man.
