I ordered 5 customized plaques for an awards meeting. I wasn't sure how it would look from the on-line view so had several communications with company and asked for a draft review before etching. They all turned out very nice. I even had a customized logo and it turned out sharp and clear. Order was submitted and received in just a few days. They did not charge a set up fee and had free shipping. Good value for money. I certainly will order from them again.

Needed to present an award to someone that earned recognition for many years of service to his high school classmates. This was a wonderful and long lasting gift of THANKS to him that will last many years on his wall creating a smile every time he looks at it.One of the edges was not perfectly finished but it was so minor it was barely noticeable.The engraved lettering was done perfectly and there was just enough room to immortalize the sentiment.
