These were bought for my daughters wedding party/head table. If you’re on the fence about ordering from this company, rest assured they are literally the best! I ordered 12 custom mugs on the 3rd and I received them on the 7th, 5 days before they were promised!!!! Each one was beautifully and carefully packaged, the etching/engraving was flawless and exactly what I wanted. These mugs are not the cheap mugs you can get at the store, they are high quality, crystal clear and the perfect size-my husband has large hands and this mug was a perfect size for him and it was easy for me to hold as well. I thought there was an error with the shipping cost and I emailed the company to ask about this and they immediately emailed back and said they would look into it. A bit later they emailed back to assure me that the shipping was automatically adjusted to reflect the true cost. You won’t be disappointed ordering from them, they will take great care of you and deliver quality products.

This is a great purchase for anyone whether it be for yourself, or a gift for ANY occasion! The mug I received had a couple of tiny flaws in the glass itself but, totally not a deal breaker as the etchwork is smooth and perfect. This is a heavy duty glass with a great handle. I ordered one to be expedited overnight to make it in time for Father's Day... pricey only due to my own lack of proper planning but, well worth it! When Daddy has a sloppy beer, and the kids ask what he's having we say a "Daddy drink" so... He's going to love it.

I ordered 2 custom mugs. When they arrived one had a flaw in the handle. I emailed the seller and they quickly emailed back and asked me to email them a picture of the flaw. I did and within 3 days I had a replacement mug. The product is high quality. The customer service is amazing and they stand behind their product and fix it very quickly. I will be from them again and I would suggest buying from this company.
