Ordering any fragile item is stressful however adding the extra packaging onto this order is worth it. It came securely and much quicker than I thought it would. It’s simple but pretty. The engraving is nice however I am a little worried it ls something that can scratch off if I’m being completely honest in this review. I’m certainly not going to attempt to scratch at it just in case. However it’s perfect for the champagne toast for our wedding and we will handle this with care. I had no issues with the readability on this. And the size with our names on it fit great. I cannot wait to use these. It is definitely worth the purchase!

I could not be a bit more pleased with my champagne flutes! They are beautiful especially for the price!! However what is even more impressive is the customer service!! My first pair came in broke, I’m sure this is a result of delivery drivers ignoring words like “fragileâ€. They were packaged well but it appeared a heavier box must have crushed the side causing the glass stem to snap. I contacted the seller in hopes of a miracle, knowing Christmas season probably has them backed up ( my wedding is Christmas night! ) and they were happy to help me get them replaced. Just received them and they are perfect!! Highly recommend buying from this company! â¤ï¸ðŸ’š

Very pretty, arrived quickly and was reasonably priced. I just wish the etching was a little more noticeable.

Update: I contacted the seller and they were very nice and are redoing the order at not cost.While the glasses are fine .... the "etching" is not. It's smudged and faded in a few spots and does not look professional at all. This was supposed to be for my daughters wedding and I cannot put these on their table.
