I had just received this.. have a few issues1. Failed at connecting to 2.5 wifi had to factory reset and connect with Bluetooth.2. Controls are badly designed..no joystick controls.3. Only 11 slots to put treats in and not very large holder.4. No auto interaction with pets.5. Sharing with other friends and family not working.. tried on 2 different devices..still no good.I decided to return do to poor app functionality and design.Update:Decided to get the updated version BQ70Pros: 1 it connects easily please note registering new acct, you must use lower case letters in your email.2. Built in laser for cats3. Better camera4: self charging..helpful if on long vacations5. Sd card slot.. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS6. Sharing device with friends/family7. Larger wheels.. can go from floor to carpet great!Cons: 1. No joystick controls on app.. not a big deal.. maybe in future app update??2. No cat auto touch or visual interaction..again maybe in sw updates??Changing to 4 stars for upgraded modelBQ70.

My cat loves the robot BUT....... SCANNED THE QR CODE ON THE INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP AND MY DEBIT CARD GOT HACKED!!!!!! Just go to the app store and download the app do not scan the QR code on the instructions!!!

Tossed in trash bin because after several role tried to help ran past the 30 day return window. Amazon has extremely poor quality management.

Of all the remote camera cat devices this one is the most bang for your buck. This does it all.Edit as of 11/14/2024:I started having connectivity issues when I was away from my home that made the device unusable.The company Pumpkii is being very fast and thorough to get my issues resolved with these connectivity issues. I am bumping my review to 4 stars because of the sheer enthusiasm to make me a happy customer, il go 5 starts again if the outcome fixes my issues. This is a great product and the company stands behind its products.

I can operate the product remotely but not sure if I can talk. Operation works but not real smooth. Would be nice to have remote capabilities with a joystick controller instead of phone. However this is great for the price and happy with the purchase!

I love using this for my cats while traveling. A great way to interact with them while away. The company has an excellent customer service, they go above and beyond!
