This treat dispenser/camera saved my cats life!!!We've found great use for our dogs and we've been keeping an eye on the dogs using this (it's incredibly helpful when we are at our neighbors house but want to give them some freedom.3 nights ago, our 16 year old cat snuck outside. We were at a loss and were worried sick about him. After advice from all the kind people through social media, someone recommended putting his litter box and food out to bring him home. I wanted to make sure I got him as quickly as possible, so I set out the camera/treat dispenser on the deck. At about 4:40 this morning, I woke up to an alert and sure enough, I saw a little white tail leaving the deck! I was able to run to the back and he came running into my arms!The alerts are SO WORTH IT!!!

I'm a 53 Yr old with middle level tech skills. It took me about 20 minutes to set this up and get it running only because the QR code the instruction booklet gives you to scan to take you to the app you need to run the thing would not work. It would just endlessly search. When I manually searched for it in app store it brought up a long list none of which look like the one I needed. I went back to the ad in Amazon and found the picture that showed the pic of the app and noticed it was called iseefeeder not iseebiz like the instructions that came with unit say. When I typed in iseefeeder to google play it found the app right away. Because of this confusion it took me longer to set up. Other than that once I had the app downloaded everything went quickly and smoothly as far as set up. The camera gives a good quality wide-angle lens picture the sound quality is great both for listening and speaking through the speaker to your pet. You can watch live video take pictures or record film. I have it mounted to a wall which I think is a great option. The suction cups on the bottom of the unit are pretty sturdy however and also work well if you're not going to mount it to the wall.They don't tell you this but I also like that when I come home I can unplug the unit and when I plug it back in the next morning before going to work it reconnects itself automatically, I like this because I have the unit mounted in a bedroom because that's where the cat spends most of her time and I really don't want a live camera in my bedroom when I'm home, especially when other family members are able to use the camera as well. 😬 So I really like that it reconnects itself all on its own pretty quickly when I plug it back in before I go to work.All in all its a good unit the cat really likes it and it's a good price as well.

Update: The company stepped up and sent me a new unit. It now works as it should, and I love the unit. It really is one of the better ones out there, I have gone thru 4 different ones now, even much more expensive ones. The video is superb. This unit is great!You cannot use it if you are not in the same network so it defeats the purpose if you go out of town and want to throw a treat to your pet because it will not work. I have spent the last four weeks trying to deal with customer service to get it resolved and they're just not that eager to get it taken care of. Unfortunately my window to return it just closed yesterday. So they basically strung me along until I could not return it anymore. So as far as customer service goes they get no stars.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This piece of junk worked one time only. The instructions are terrible, it would not connect with my wifi, and the only time it did work it spit out like 6 treats at a time. Totally unreliable. When I chatted with Amazon customer "support" all they did was send me a bunch of YouTube instructional videos for the WRONG product. It's ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money.

I love my Iseebiz pet dispenser camera . The easiest camera to set up ever!!!! I was soooo pleased!!! Sound is good, video is good! Responds well from the phone app. It dispenses about 2 to 4 treats a pop and the treat compartment seals nicely to keep the treats fresh. Love it!!!! and the best part about it is that you can share the account email and password with your family so everyone can log into the account and be able to share with your pet as well! Awesome! Depending on the WiFi signal it buffers a little bit sometimes but it is not bad at all. Very happy with this purchase. Overall… we love it and so does my cat!!! 🥰💞

I bought this as a way for my wife to look in on our cats while she’s working, and also as a way to feed them cat treats. I was not expecting great video or audio quality after comparing this unit’s price compared to the much more expensive competitors.I am blown away by how great all of it works! The video quality is great, the sound is good, and the treat dispenser works great for Temptations brand cat treats. We couldn’t be more satisfied. This has easily become the favorite gift I’ve ever given my wife, and a must have for pet owners.

Set this up for an active cat and would recommend it. It shoots out about 3-4 treats per blast. The app could be better but once it is set up the camera quality is pretty decent.
